Refund & Returns Policy

At Strand Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item is returned in original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

Proof of purchase is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Hair systems (mens skins, ladies skins, toppers, wigs)

Hair extensions (clip-ins, tapes, etc.)

Any product that has been opened, worn, or tampered with

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund

5. Adhesives & Liquids

Adhesives and liquid-based products cannot be returned once opened. If faulty, they will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

8. Training & Services

Deposits for training courses are non-refundable

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule

No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit
